About Cranswick Country Foods, Poultry:

Cranswick Country Foods Poultry is hiring at our brand new, purpose-built processing facility in Eye, Suffolk.

We are recruiting for a full-time, permanent Sales Administrator to join our Sales team and be part of our exciting growth plans.

Shift pattern:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-16:00pm

Job requirements of Sales Administrator:

  • Ability to work on your own or part of a team
  • Challenging customer queries – Invoices and POD’s
  • Maintaining data flows to ensure accurate reporting
  • Effective communicator with both internal and external contacts
  • Training and access to relevant retailer data to help drive improvements
  • Supporting Sales Controller / Business Development Manager with administration tasks for retailers.
  • An integral part of the commercial team. Highly organised, confident individual who’s an adaptable team player.
  • Varying role to include general sales admin – processing of orders, filing, customer queries, and to include holiday cover for the commercial team.
  • Supporting transport and equipment requirements
  • Cover Saturday mornings, 1 in 4 - after training

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office packages inc. excel
  • Can do attitude.

  • Calm under pressure

Pay and benefits:

  • Salary – £26,000-£28,000
  • Pension – 3% employer contributions/5% employee contributions
