Qual­i­ty Assur­ance (nights)

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday Hours: 5pm – 3:10am

Job requirements of Quality Assessor:

  • Troubleshooting – ‘Walking the factory floor’ to identify any issues ahead of them arising and taking appropriate action. Dealing with issues as and when required.
  • Managing corrective actions – making sure corrective actions are completed within appropriate timescales and that the relevant documents have been completed.
  • Audit paperwork – Checking if the production paperwork has been completed correctly by production staff
  • Hygiene Audits, micro swabbing and micro sampling product
  • Lab work – analyzing samples collected from production
  • Formal GMP, Fabrication and Process Control Audits
  • Conduct documented checks that a % of the production run is within product specification
  • Opportunity to work an overtime outside of your standard hours and potential career progression across other technical departments

What you will need:

  • To be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
  • To have a good level of both written and verbal English
  • Ideally have experience of working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment
  • Ideally have Level 2 Food Hygiene/Safety certification




Pay and benefits:

  • Rate of pay – £15.31 per hour
  • Overtime – time and a third after basic hours
