Pro­duc­tion Data Administrator

Working closely with customers across retail, food service and B2B, our bespoke chicken and turkey products offer creative and flavoursome lunchtime solutions, including street food-inspired dishes, superfood salads, hot and cold sandwiches and much more.

Main purpose of the role is to Assisting Department Management by ensuring all daily production statistics and documentation are accurately captured, collected and maintained in order to fulfil business/department needs, and to maintain product safety and quality standards.

The key elements of the role are:

  • Data input (hourly SIC)
  • Manage input of staff approved holiday and absence on PeopleXD system
  • Efficiently manage and generate staff registers
  • Manage completion of Return to work forms
  • Identify and manage overtime
  • Overlook and manage department compliance with working time directive rules
  • Generate Shift reports
  • Support departmental GMP audits
  • Complete and monitor training against SOP
  • Monitor and close out non conformances
  • Close out outstanding QUOR checks
  • Monitor and record League tables line performance and give away
  • Communicate and update planning updates
  • Scanning department paperwork
  • Stock ordering and stock adjustments

Shift is: 4on-4off, from 6am to 6pm
