Pro­duc­tion Administrator

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Production Administrator to join Cranswick at our site in Wembley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily corrections in the TMS (Task Management System) to maintain data accuracy.
  • Update and maintain KPI figures, preparing regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Assist with return-to-work processes, including coordinating interviews and documentation.
  • Update the shift report and prepare materials for the morning production meeting.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to close non-conformance reports (NCs).
  • Print outcase labels and sleeves in line with the production plan, ensuring timely availability for production.
  • Act as a note-taker during investigations to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide cover for the EDI role during holidays and sickness to maintain continuous administrative support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of production systems and administrative processes preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 15:30
