Location: Swaffham/Pentney/Shouldham area, Norfolk
Contract Type:
Full-Time, Permanent
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend working (every third)

We are dedicated to integrating traditional farming practices with modern, sustainable methods. We are seeking a keen individual to join our team as a Pig Stockperson on our Free-Range finishing units in the Swaffham/Pentney/Shouldham area of Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in hands-on care for pigs on our Free-Range units, ensuring their health and well-being standards are not just met, but exceeded
  • Complete daily tasks such as feeding, strawing, treating and handling the livestock
  • Load and unload pigs as needed, as well as setting tents up and some pressure washing
  • Play a key role in maintaining the condition and appearance of our farms, creating a welcoming environment for both animals and visitors
  • Operating farm machinery
  • Accurate record keeping

About You

  • Experience with livestock or an agricultural background would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise and complete tasks fully with strong attention to detail is a must
  • Self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and strive to go above and beyond expectations
  • Full driving licence is required
