Job requirements of PIA:
We are looking for a PIA to join our established Production team at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk. You will be responsible for removing any damaged product off the line.
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 14:00 – 22:30pm
Duties
- Complete agreed safety, quality checks on time in full at quality, meeting or exceeding site and customer requirements.
- Ensure maximum efficiency within work area
- Ensure accurate record keeping
- Remove all unfit, diseased or damaged birds from the production line.
- Accurately Identify and record reasons why birds are not fit for human consumption.
- Report any high level of rejects to any member of the management team.
Ensure food safety and animal welfare is delivered at all times.
- Ensure accurate record keeping is in line with PMI training standards and you are demonstrating attention to detail
What you will need:
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
- Level 2 H&S awareness.
- Food Safety for Manufacturing
- Manual Handling
