Are you looking to grow your HR career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? At Cranswick Milton Keynes, we’re proud to employ over 950 colleagues, and we’re looking for a motivated People Services Administrator to join our dedicated HR and Learning & Development team.

Working as part of a friendly, supportive, and ambitious team of 16, you’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, ensuring our people have the support they need throughout their employee journey. From onboarding and compliance checks to payroll support and employee records, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver a seamless HR service.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional and timely support.

  • Complete HR administration across the full employee lifecycle – including recruitment, promotions, payroll updates, and leaver processes.

  • Manage systems and records accurately, ensuring compliance with GDPR and Right to Work checks.

  • Support site compliance audits and reporting.

  • Assist with absence management, year-end processing, and ad-hoc HR projects.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Is confident with Microsoft Office and can adapt quickly to new systems.

  • Thrives in a busy, people-focused role.

  • Has prior HR administration experience (preferred, not essential).

  • Can speak an additional language (advantageous, but not essential).

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Working Shift:
Sunday – Thursday / Monday – Friday (rotating)
