NAV Support Lead / Project Support
Cranswick Gourmet Sausage Co. is our fast-paced sausage facility located in Hull. Using only the best cuts of British pork, fresh herbs and spices, Cranswick are the UK’s leading producer of gourmet sausages and burgers, supplying major retailers and foodservice outlets alike.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NAV Support Lead / Project Support to join our team.
You will work closely with site operational teams at Cranswick Gourmet Sausage/Kitchen to ensure the continuous and smooth use of various systems across the company. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving current systems and processes on site, as well as assisting and leading the introduction of new technologies to the business.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive technological advancements by helping to reduce paper usage, automate processes, and capture data for valuable insights and trends. You will play a key part in supporting system upgrades and implementations by analysing existing processes, assisting with system setup and configuration, participating in project meetings, creating detailed documentation and process flows, and training end users. This is a dynamic role where you’ll be directly involved in shaping the future of technology within the business, offering both challenges and growth opportunities.
Main duties include:
- Assist in the implementation and delivery of key technology projects and processes
- Moving between Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen and Sausage sites and feedback back to SMT
- Training end users when implementing projects
- Creating project documentation/training documentation/videos
- Liaise with the businesses to gain information to support project delivery
- Working with the business to further develop their use of technology
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Be responsible for various individual work stream deadlines against an overall project plan to ensure projects tasks are completed as planned
Candidate requirements:
- A strong can-do attitude is essential
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Degree or equivalent qualification (Not compulsory but advisable)
