An opportunity has arisen at our Feed Mill, located in Brigg! The Mill is a key operational facility within our organisation, producing and distributing circa 1,400 tonnes of animal feed a week. By becoming a Mill Operative, you will be a part of our established team that operate the mill from receiving raw materials right through to loading the finished feed onto delivery vehicles.

What you’ll do:
- Intake bulk raw materials.
- Prepare hand weighed materials.
- Set up and monitor presses.
- Ensuring feed is produced in accordance with company standards.
- Complete paperwork for product traceability.
- Operate care for maintaining machinery.
- General housekeeping to ensure the mill remains clean and tidy.
What we are looking for:
- Milling experience is desirable.
- Basic IT skills are required to enter information onto the control system of the Mill.
- Ability to prioritise and complete tasks with a strong attention to detail.
- You must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Forklift license desirable.
** Due to the rural location your own transport is necessary **
