Working Hours: 06:00-18:00
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a team of Machine Setter Technicians to join our Low Risk Production team.
These are hands-on, detail focused roles, which keeps our production lines running smoothly. You will set up, maintain and repair a range of production machinery to help us meet our targets safely and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing
As a Machine Setter Technician, you will play a fundamental role in supporting the Production and engineering teams. You will:
- Set up and maintain machinery, be able to prepare, adjust and service production equipment to keep everything running smoothly and reduce waste.
- Fix faults quickly, carrying out repairs, and report any defects to minimise downtime.
- Complete all checks and record accurately, ensuring traceability, product quality and compliance with both company and customer standards.
- Detect and report any equipment defects immediately to maintain efficient operation of systems and equipment.
- Ensure that production targets are met, reporting to the relevant person in a timely manner if this is not possible.
- Always work safely, following all health and safety and hygiene procedures. Also, wearing correct PPE.
- Be a strong team player, taking reasonable care for your own and other's health and safety while at work.
- Assist with internal and external audits when required.
What we need from you
Essential
We’re looking for a proactive team player, with strong attention to detail and key time management skills. Candidates must have an engineering background and experience in managing machinery. Candidates must be computer literate and comfortable operating machinery and systems.
