And we need a People Generalist to ensure that we have the right people with the correct behaviours to make every tub a triumph!

Your role

As a People Generalist, you will be at the heart of our People team, ensuring smooth HR operations and helping to create a thriving workplace. From recruitment to inducting and developing team members, to payroll support and policy implementation, you’ll wear multiple hats to support our people and business. A key part of this role is supporting training and development programs that enhance employee skills and drive organisational growth.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

✅ Deliver on-site training to make sure everyone gets the right skills and knowledge when they need it, in line with company policies and legal requirements.

✅ Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR support

✅ Drive employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs

✅ Assist with benefits administration, payroll, and leave management

✅ Support performance management and career development initiatives

✅ Manage HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS systems

✅ Keep track of training needs and progress, making sure it all fits with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Coordinate learning and development activities, including workshops, e-learning, and coaching sessions

Identify training needs and recommend solutions to improve workforce performance

Track training and HR metrics to measure effectiveness and employee progress

About You:

  • You’ll need to be able to get to our site in Worsley M28 1DR, this will be a site based role – whether that means commuting or relocating (we’d love to have you nearby!).
  • You’re a great communicator – whether it’s chatting in person or writing up an email, you know how to get your point across.
  • Super organised? Love working with people? Perfect – those skills will come in handy!
  • You’re proactive, flexible, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Got FMCG experience? That’s a big plus in our books!
  • CIPD level 3 (or relevant years of experience)
  • Bonus points if you have Level 3 Health & Safety training like IOSH Managing Safely – but don’t worry if you don’t, we can help you get there.
