In this role, you’ll support the HR and recruitment functions — maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll prep, and coordinating recruitment activities. You’ll ensure all data is accurate, GDPR-compliant, and professionally handled.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining employee records and HR trackers
- Supporting payroll through collation of hours, absence and holiday data
- Managing starter/leaver and absence processes
- Posting job adverts, screening CVs and arranging interviews
- Providing admin support to the HR team and Recruitment Officer
- Upholding compliance with Health & Safety, GDPR, and ethical standards
- Any Ad-hoc duties
What you’ll need:
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Great communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
