White Rose Farms, part of the Cranswick Group, is looking for a highly organised HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our team - a place where your skills will be valued, your ideas welcomed, and your contribution will help shape our success every day

In this role, you’ll support the HR and recruitment functions — maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll prep, and coordinating recruitment activities. You’ll ensure all data is accurate, GDPR-compliant, and professionally handled.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining employee records and HR trackers
  • Supporting payroll through collation of hours, absence and holiday data
  • Managing starter/leaver and absence processes
  • Posting job adverts, screening CVs and arranging interviews
  • Providing admin support to the HR team and Recruitment Officer
  • Upholding compliance with Health & Safety, GDPR, and ethical standards
  • Any Ad-hoc duties

What you’ll need:

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Great communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
