Location: Cranswick Head Office, Hull Team: Group Marketing
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, people-focused Group Internal Communications Executive with a genuine passion for food and a drive to create meaningful colleague experiences. In this role, you’ll help shape how we communicate across the business, ensuring colleagues feel informed, inspired, and connected. From updating the intranet and coordinating campaigns, to delivering events and supporting sustainability communications, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our culture and engagement. You’ll be part of our busy Corporate Marketing team, based at Head Office in Hull.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company intranet with clear, engaging content, partnering with teams across the business to ensure information is accurate and timely
- Support and coordinate internal communication campaigns with site teams, creating and sharing messaging across all available channels
- Lead the planning and delivery of colleague events, managing logistics, communications, and collateral end-to-end
- Support sustainability communications and awareness activities, helping colleagues understand and engage with our sustainability goals
- Deliver ad-hoc projects as required, providing copywriting, creative input, and coordination with key stakeholders
Skills & Attributes
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a communications role (in-house or agency)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to nurture networks internally and externally
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confidence using digital platforms and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with design platforms such as Canva (or similar)
- A proactive, people-first mindset and a passion for food, community, and culture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (bonus if you have creative software skills too)
