As a key part of our Group Sustainability team, you'll work with people who are passionate about making a difference—both environmentally and socially—through responsible business practices.
As a Group Environmental Coordinator, you’ll:
- Work alongside the Group Environmental Manager to support environmental compliance and performance across manufacturing sites and farms.
- Support internal audits and help maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications across the group.
- Assist with site support relating to Climate Change Agreements (CCAs), ESOS, and environmental legislation.
- Help drive efficiency and risk mitigation through environmental best practices.
- Support the ongoing development of our Integrated Management System (IMS) and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with site environmental teams to foster knowledge sharing and alignment.
- Contribute to wider sustainability initiatives in collaboration with the Group Sustainability Team.
- Undertake a structured rotation across sites and departments to gain broad business exposure before fully transitioning into the sustainability team.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- A passion for improving environmental performance and sustainability outcomes.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001/ISO 50001, Climate Change Agreements, or ESOS (training provided if needed).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel across UK sites is essential).
