Shift Pattern: 4 Days on 4 Days off 06:00-18:00
4 Days on 4 Days off ( Night shift) (Including weekends, and public holidays)
Working Environment: Fast-paced, chilled food manufacturing facility
Salary: Day shift £13.50 per hour / Night shift £15.00 per hour

We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Further Processing Production Operatives to join our fast-paced production environment at Cranswick Convenience Foods. As part of our Further Processing team, you’ll play a vital role in handling and preparing high-quality food products that reach millions of consumers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually lift and load product logs into dolavs (large storage containers) for further processing
- Operate within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring product quality and safety at all times
- Adhere to all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
- Follow standard operating procedures and report any deviations or issues promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive lifting
- Comfortable working in a cold and high-paced food production environment
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
