About the Food Technical Graduate Programme

Our Food Technical Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to step into the vital role of safeguarding product safety and quality at one of the UK’s largest food producers. Our Technical team is the gatekeeper of product safety, ensuring that everything we produce meets the highest standards. Throughout this comprehensive two-year programme, you’ll receive in-depth training and rotate through various departments, gaining a full understanding of how we maintain product quality from farm to fork. You'll work closely with industry experts on real-world challenges, ensuring food safety, driving innovation, and interacting with the biggest UK supermarkets to protect customer safety and maintain our reputation for excellence

What are we looking for?

We're seeking dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds who thrive in the face of challenges, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and relentlessly pursue excellence. While candidates with a Food Science or STEM-related degree are preferred, we welcome applicants from all disciplines who bring a passion for innovation and a desire to make a difference in the food industry. We value adaptability, a willingness to learn new skills and technologies, and the ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.   • Starting salary £28,000, with an increase to £28,500 in year 2.

Step 2: If your application is successful you'll be invited for a virtual interview within a couple of weeks of the application being received. Following this, successful candidates will be invited to attend a Graduate Assessment centre in February 2025

Step 3: Successful candidates will join the business on a Graduate Scheme in September 2025
