What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all sites are audit-ready at all times
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Drive KPI reporting, consistency, and standardisation across the division
  • Support with planning, preparation and execution of customer and BRC audits
  • Inspire, challenge and develop your team through appraisals, PDPs, mentoring and succession planning
  • Bring technical teams together under a strong governance structure
  • Lead on technical input into Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Monitor customer KPIs, identify trends and drive site-level action plans
  • Deliver divisional technical strategy and embed a strong food safety culture

What you’ll bring

  • Degree-level qualification (or 5+ years’ industry experience in Technical Management)
  • Level 4 HACCP, Food Hygiene
  • Strong knowledge of Retailer Codes of Practice and BRC standards
  • Proven track record in people management and team development
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles
  • IT literacy, strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communicator and natural team player, with the ability to influence at all levels
