What You’ll Do
- Ensure all sites are audit-ready at all times
- Conduct internal audits
- Drive KPI reporting, consistency, and standardisation across the division
- Support with planning, preparation and execution of customer and BRC audits
- Inspire, challenge and develop your team through appraisals, PDPs, mentoring and succession planning
- Bring technical teams together under a strong governance structure
- Lead on technical input into Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Monitor customer KPIs, identify trends and drive site-level action plans
- Deliver divisional technical strategy and embed a strong food safety culture
What you’ll bring
- Degree-level qualification (or 5+ years’ industry experience in Technical Management)
- Level 4 HACCP, Food Hygiene
- Strong knowledge of Retailer Codes of Practice and BRC standards
- Proven track record in people management and team development
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles
- IT literacy, strong organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator and natural team player, with the ability to influence at all levels
