4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6am-6pm

Cranswick Riverside has had over 8-million pound investment in the last 2 years. The site is one of the country's leader producers of Pork products for some of the major supermarkets in the UK. CCF Riverside is close to the City Centre and offers great transport links.
We are on the look out for a Despatch Supervisor - you would be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations within despatch department.
Main Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Manage a team of Despatch staff ensuring picking of products and loading is achieved to timeliness and make sure all paperwork is correct and distributed accordingly
- Health and safety standards always maintained and adhered to
- Ensure all deliveries are received in correctly and paperwork is accurate
- Maintain the high level of communication with internal and external customers ensuring information is passed on in a timely manner
- Manage the teams’ hours and performance
You Will Have:
- Experience leading a team (essential)
- Previous experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment
- Good Level of IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to meet daily targets
