Data Analyst
(Brough, HU15 – Office Based with occasional travel)

Cranswick plc, one of the UK’s leading food producers and a FTSE 250 company, is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Group IT team based in Hull. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across all areas of the business, helping to turn data into decisions that make a real impact—from optimising operations to improving customer experiences. Occasional travel to other Cranswick sites may be required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with business users to gather and define reporting needs
  • Develop BI solutions using the Microsoft BI stack
  • Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards
  • Support continuous improvements through agile working practices
  • Train users and document processes in a user-friendly way

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft BI tools
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and warehousing
  • A curious, analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving
  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible and proactive approach to daily challenges
