We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Administrator to join our Environment, Health & Safety team at Cranswick Convenience Foods – Milton Keynes. In this pivotal support role, you’ll work closely with the EHS team to ensure all administrative, compliance, and data management functions are completed accurately and efficiently—helping to drive a culture of safety, sustainability, and compliance across our site.

Key Responsibilities

Input energy, waste, and production data into environmental monitoring spreadsheets.

Collate daily behavioural safety observation data and maintain dashboards.

Manage H&S compliance reports and maintain key documentation.

Support accident investigations by gathering training records, statements, and corrective actions.

Maintain and update the accident reporting system.

Prepare engaging presentations for site H&S meetings and board reports.

Attend and minute internal H&S meetings.

Communicate EHS updates clearly to operational teams across shifts—including occasional early or late hours.

Keep training documents up to date in partnership with the L&D team.

Maintain and update HSE communication boards across the site.

Assist in the preparation and update of Risk and COSHH Assessments.

Support EHS projects on the factory floor.

Maintain document filing and scanning protocols to ISO standards.

Uphold personal responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act, Environmental Protection Act, and site-specific EHS policies.
Skills & Experience Required

Strong attention to detail with a high degree of data accuracy.

Good knowledge of EHS standards and reporting processes.

IT proficient, especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry systems.

Confident communicator—capable of explaining EHS requirements clearly in writing and in person.

A health & safety qualification and/or environmental awareness training would be an advantage (training available).

Experience in an administrative support role is essential, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
