Employee engagement is a fundamental element of Cranswick plc's operational strategy, helping our staff to understand the link between their job role and the purposes and objectives of the organisation. Employee engagement is a critical process in underpinning the overall profitability and performance of the business.

Employees at Cranswick are given a meaningful voice via the annual Staff Survey, through the Works Committee and with regular meetings with Directors of the business. We endeavour to ensure that employees are communicated with effectively or have role models with whom they can identify. Line Managers are trained to motivate, empower and support their teams.
