Kate joined Cranswick as a Non-Executive Director in 2013 and is Chair of the Remuneration Committee. She has first-hand knowledge of the food industry both within the UK and in Europe. Kate was Chief Executive of First Milk Limited and CeDo Limited, and was also a former Head of the European supply chain for McDonalds. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Origin Enterprises plc, Anpario plc and the Co-op Group. Kate was a Non-Executive Director of SIG plc between 2019 and 2020 and Stock Spirits Group PLC between 2018 and 2021.
