At Cranswick, we are committed to authenticity and great craftsmanship and seek to re-establish those centuries-old, artisanal skills that make up the forgotten pages of British food heritage.

British charcuterie is one such tradition. Once widespread and well-loved for its deliciously unique flavours and textures, this rural craft of curing and air drying meat has long since disappeared since the Industrial Revolution of the 1800s.

Staying true to our passion for maintaining great British traditions, Cranswick has partnered with 8th generation Master Curer Colin Woodall to revive and recreate the charcuterie recipes that have been passed down through his family, perfected by years of knowledge, skills and experience.
