Warehouse Operative - Nights
Duties:
The Warehouse Operator's role is to pick orders from a pick note and ensure they are correct and ready for dispatch. To load and unload trailers as specified by the load plan or delivery note. to make sure product is correct and free from damage and contamination. All product to be stored in relevant area.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager with a dotted line to Shift Manager the area of responsibility is the Factory yard and surrounding product sheds outside of production. The Warehouse operator is responsible for all corresponding paperwork.
Skills:
- Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
