Cranswick Country Foods Poultry is one of the highest quality poultry processors in the UK, dealing with multiple customers, the foodservice sector and further processors.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Administrator to join the busy Technical team at the Hull site.

The purpose of this role is to support the Technical Team by ensuring that reports are maintained in line with internal and external audit requirements. Excellent skills in Excel would be very advantageous

The main duties of the role are;

  • Compiling all retailer KPI reports
  • Updating retailer sales figures
  • Dealing with retailer quality driven issues
  • Updating technical databases
  • Update weekly retail visits and weekly KPI reports
  • Compiling the monthly management, monthly board report and Group Technical reports
  • Completing CPM and trending reports
  • Dealing with retailer complaints
  • Dealing with retail warning and rejections
  • Maintaining the filing system and updating the procedures
  • Supporting with site visits when required
  • Ensure all invoices are logged and checked
  • Completing micro and chemistry trending
