Core Hours: 08:00am – 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Job requirements of NPD Assistant:

  • Reporting to the NPD Manager, you will be an integral part of the NPD team, delivering NPD and EPD projects.

Sample creation & labelling for dispatch.

Manage the daily outbound samples log, arranging transport and ensuring samples are delivered on time. Ensuring quality is recorded.

  • Liaising with the Retail and Butchery team for factory sample production and collection.
  • Supporting with customer events/high profile visits & product submissions.

Support with briefing suppliers on new ingredients & packaging.

Cater for site lunches, either sole working or working as a team.

  • While responsibilities are site based, there may be the requirement for travel between sites and to customers.

What you will need:

  • Basic culinary skills are required.
  • Full valid driving license
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel) is desirable, but not essential.
  • To be detail conscious with a keen eye for product quality.

  • Salary – £25,500 per annum
