· Shift pattern is Monday to Friday night shift, with some flexibility required to work approx. 1 weekend per month

· Lead your shift to achieve the highest levels of GMP, housekeeping and microbiological standards, associated cleaning records and schedules

· Ensure all areas of the site and associated equipment have hygiene schedules, Safe systems of Work, CIC cards and risk assessments

· Maintain the deep clean matrix, records and chemical stocks and safe segregation during storage

· Record any non-conformances and corrective actions if scheduled cleaning activities are altered.

· Monitor site microbiological trends and performance in conjunction with technical, respond to corrective actions where necessary

· Plan and organise labour staffing and your team to meet hygiene schedule

· Prepare, report and actively manage KPIs to achieve good results What you will need:

· Previous hygiene management experience in manufacturing (ideally food)

· Previous supervisory/people management experience

· Passion for achieving quality standards and being results driven
