Skilled Hygiene Operative

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Skilled Hygiene Operative to be part of our journey. The ideal candidates would be flexible, enthusiastic and have excellent attention to detail.
This role is to provide a hygiene resource to the factory so that acceptable conditions of cleanliness, Yard hygiene and housekeeping are maintained whilst working in a safe and time effective manner. Ensuring that all Hygiene Cleaning Systems and CICs are followed correctly and recorded on the Gateway system, ensure all tasks are in line with internal and external Customer and 3rd Party requirements.
Shift: Monday-Friday; 08:00-17:00
Pay Rate: £13.64 per hour
Key Role & Accountabilities:
- Undertake all FLT work within the yard.
- Ownership of all activities in the yard.
- Ensure all bins are exchanged as and when they are full in the factory, chemicals are prepared in advance, and all deliveries are correct and unloaded safely.
- Any reasonable request as instructed by your line manager
- To work with the Hygiene team, to assist in all relevant tasks within the department, and to ensure that the factory runs smoothly.

- FLT Certification
- Prior experience within the food industry (i.e. Hygiene Operative or similar) is required
- Reliable and good timekeeper

- Ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions and have good attention to detail
