Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator
The purpose of this role is to identify and implement continuous improvement across the operations function at Valley Park.
The ideal candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of lean tools and principles and can demonstrate previous lean manufacturing coaching experience, preferably within a FMCG environment, will have experience of implementing/introducing lean manufacturing to the business and possess good man management skills and can demonstrate achievement through people and relationship building.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate determination in the ability to drive change, have a good understanding of business goals and performance and be able to demonstrate strategic vision and creativity.
Applicants must have a formal qualification/training in continuous improvement/lean (i.e. six sigma), understand lean tools and experience of working in a GMP manufacturing environment, have food safety (Level 3 or equivalent).
Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday inclusive, but flexibility is required in this role to be able to work alongside other shift patterns.
