Martin founded Simply Sausages, specialising in finely crafted, original-recipe sausages. In 1995, he joined us to form the Cranswick Gourmet Sausage Company.

Martin trained as a chef at City of Westminster College and worked in top London hotels and for the United Nations in Bali, before opening his first restaurant.
